Good Morning, Pack 200!

This week is the Halloween party.
I can't wait to see the ideas that each den has to incorporate the theme. I sent out a list of suggested activities. Each den is asked to choose ONE activity that is suggested or come up with something of their own. There will be a smores station but we should have some left over from the Campout.

The Troop is planning a "Haunted Holt House" for October 30th from 7-8pm. Let's support our older scouts and bringing the whole family. Our Court of Honor will be held November 10th, so Den Leaders, make sure you have all of the activities that your den has done, recorded in Packmaster and Scoutbook plus by November 3rd so we can get the awards in time.

Thank you to everyone who was able to make it to the Fall Campout. It was a true test of grit with "Polar" conditions both nights, but the scouts "Bear"ed the freezing cold like true champions and had an absolute "arctic" blast. 

We are back at it with den meetings. This week, if we could remind the scouts about the halloween party, the theme this year is "Fire".

Hello Pack 200!

Tonight is the Bike Rodeo! Have your scout bring their wheeled vehicle and join us for bike safety. To my knowledge, no one has brought a Unicycle yet, so I am hoping this is the year!!!

As shared earlier, Pack 200 is heading out for our Fall Campout from October 16–18 at Camp Krietenstein (just west of Indy). Registration is now closed. If you have signed up, please check your email for a quick google form.

For the hike, scouts should have the 6 essentials:
Filled Water Bottle
Small first aid kit
Whistle
Flashlight
Sun Protection
Trail Mix

There is no Official Meeting tonight. Dens are free to meet if they choose.

HOLIDAY CAROLING:
If you have any connections or great venue ideas for Scout holiday caroling this season, please let Jacob or Kevin know. We’ve previously visited places like American Village on 54th Street and would love to bring that holiday cheer to a local community spot again this year.
